Marc has worked in commercial real estate since 2006, leading or participating in transactions totaling over $2 billion across 26 states. He is the founder of Avid Commercial Real Estate (Avid CRE), a full-service brokerage, investment, and property management firm. At Avid CRE, Marc helps clients unlock value through auction acquisitions, strategic redevelopment, and income-producing assets—from office, retail, and medical to industrial properties and multifamily like duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. The firm specializes in guiding business owners and owner-users to secure the right space, build equity, and create long-term wealth—while also repositioning underutilized properties through hands-on management and creative strategy.

Marc personally owns multiple commercial real estate properties in California and other states, giving him firsthand experience with asset management, leasing, and value creation.

Earlier in his career, Marc worked at Stan Johnson Co. (now Northmarq)—the largest net lease investment sales company in the country—where he refined his expertise in institutional-grade real estate and facilitated deals nationwide. He later served as Managing Director of Investments at InCommercial Property Group, contributing to the acquisition of over 40 properties.

Marc is also a franchisee with Sola Salon Suites, the largest salon suite franchise in the world. He brings an owner-operator mindset and business development acumen to supporting independent beauty professionals and managing day-to-day operations.

In addition, Marc has overseen marketing, staff training, and community outreach for a successful dental practice in Carmichael since 2009. His early experience as a Senior Sales Manager handling B2B relationships with Walmart, Amazon, and Target shaped his strong foundation in sales, client service, and operational execution.

Wesley has been active in commercial real estate since 2011, beginning his career on the principal side, where he focused on acquisitions, capital structuring, and asset management. Over the years, he has participated in more than $4 billion in nationwide transactions, including leading $120 million in acquisitions and arranging $176 million in financing. His experience spans a wide range of asset types and deal structures, giving him a nuanced understanding of sourcing, underwriting, leasing, and operational oversight.

Wesley is a strategic partner at Avid Commercial Real Estate (Avid CRE), a brokerage, investment, and property management firm focused on unlocking value through targeted acquisitions, creative repositioning, and long-term ownership strategies. At Avid CRE, he advises business owners, investors, and owner-users in securing the right commercial properties—from office, medical, and retail to industrial and multifamily like duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. Wesley also plays a key role in transforming underutilized properties into performing assets through strategic management and redevelopment planning.

His earlier roles at firms such as Harris Bay Development, Ten-X, and InCommercial Property Group gave him hands-on experience with portfolio growth, institutional underwriting, and national investment sales. This background laid the foundation for his transition into brokerage, where he now applies both an investor’s mindset and a broker’s market knowledge to serve clients with precision and integrity.

In addition to his real estate work, Wesley is a franchisee with Sola Salon Suites, the largest salon suite brand in the world. He oversees operations and growth for these consumer-facing locations, supporting independent beauty professionals while ensuring performance through disciplined management and strategic planning.
