Program Description
Avid Commercial Real Estate may send text messages concerning commercial real estate opportunities, property inquiries, auctions, transaction updates, appointments, and related promotions.
Consent and Enrollment
You may opt in by submitting a website form containing an SMS consent checkbox, subscribing through an authorized property or auction platform where Avid Commercial Real Estate is identified in the consent disclosure, or otherwise expressly requesting text communications from us.
By opting in, you authorize Avid Commercial Real Estate to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interests, inquiries, and activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless service plan. Avid Commercial Real Estate does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. You will not receive additional text messages unless you opt in again.
